Off the Walking Path - On Halloween Streets
Happy Halloween!
I can’t get enough walking lately. I live near a park — well, more of a ramble, really. And I love it. A bike-and-walking path winds its way through the trees, with all the rustles, whistles, warbles, and dappled sunshine that can bring into my otherwise-pretty-uneventful day.
Autumn is my favourite time of year. With the leaves turning and the sun beginning its annual slant toward the horizon, it’s the last chance for a long walk without shivering and slipping in the inevitable snow.
But this week, I had to veer off the path to catch some of the action on the street. And the results are worthy of switching-off-my-audiobook-and-switching-into-camera-mode reactions. Here are just a few:
